SALES ASSOCIATE
Luxe Lighting is currently seeking a sales associate to join our team. Our ideal
candidate is an outgoing, friendly, reliable person who has a strong sense of
design and who has excellent customer service and sales skills. Experience in
lighting sales or design is a plus but not required as we provide training.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, help to identify and fulfill their needs
Explain product features, options and benefits
Process and manage customer orders
Learn the various lighting lines and make suggestions
Input client repairs to the shop
Assist in maintaining the showroom
We Seek:
Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
Written and oral communication skills for a variety of situations
Ability to seek solutions as part of a team as well as independently
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
